Registration Fee
    There is a $ 75.00 registration fee.  A student is considered registered
    upon payment and receipt of a completed enrollment form and contract
    with signature and notarized. In addition, a copy of student’s immunization
    card is also required.  The initial registration fee is $ 75.00 per child, and
    is paid at the time of enrollment. This is non-refundable and does not
    apply to the first month’s payment. This cost will hold your child’s position,
    and will cover the cost of enrollment forms.  

Annual Tuition Fee (Tuition is paid in 10 monthly payments)

    Traditional Classroom setting: $ 3,500
    (additional services requested by parent will raise tuition price)

   ESE Classroom / Personal Tutoring: $ 5,500
   Students with I.E.P., Learning Disabilities, and etc..

      Classroom with C.N.A. $ 7,500
       (Certified Nursing Assistant)

    Additional services based on special needs will raise annual tuition price
    (Annual Tuition can vary between $ 3,500 - $ 10,700 for the school year;
    but not limited to this price; additional services requested by parent will
    raise tuition price)

    The Following Provided by Hope Haven:  

    * ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) $ 40.00 per hour
    * Diagnostic and ADHD evaluations are $150 per child

    * Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy $ 40.00 per hour

    * Individual or Family Counseling $ 100.00 per hour

    * Speech and/or Occupational Therapy $ 45.00 per half hour
    * Speech/ Occupational Evaluation $ 125


    * Personal Tutoring - Private 1:1 Services $ 30.00 per hour
     (available 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm) Provided by Certified Teachers

       *
Onsite group therapy is $100/hour

    * Title I: Free Provided by Catapult Learning

    The hourly requirements vary according to the learning program used
    and the needs of the child. Two hours per week are recommended, and
    convenient after school hours (4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Mondays through
    Thursdays) are available.

    Note: Additional Service are applied upon parents request only. TBI will
    never add a service without your permission.

Lunch
 Meal Card: $ 25.00 each Month - Due on the 1st of each month.

Uniform / Book Fees

Before and Aftercare Fees
    Add $ 50.00 to service for Instructional extended Care

    Before Care: $ 65.00 per month         7:00 am - 8:00 am
    After Care: $ 85.00 per month            4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
    Both: $ 120.00 per month

    Before and Aftercare fees are paid on the 1st of each month.
    Late fee $ 25.00

Standardized Testing
    Off Campus Students: 4th -12th Grade $ 50.00
